When it came time for UCLA Health to change peoples perception of them while still heralding their status as number one in California, they took it home, that is, to the neighborhoods of Los Angeles. In this campaign of outdoor, social and digital UCLA identified three elements:

  • They are #1 in California.

  • They're care about you and they're here for you in your neighborhod.

  • They specialize in all types of care to make you well.
